I've installed every version of dotnet i can find x86 and 64 but when i attempt to launch it still says i need to download .net core to run it. This is for latest stable release.

Nevermind... i found one that works. https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/sdk-3.1.424-windows-x64-installer
