Mvp displaying urls

Set up index.html: plan to include the following script tags:

• indexController.js (unit tests passing)
• indexModel.js (unit test not written)
• indexView.js (unit test not written)

• Fixed travis issue (travis is case sensitive)
• added console reporter for jasmine tests
• fixed jasmine.conf.js merge error

• also added our template for index.html including the js scripts we intend to include
