why in localhost work and deploy not work

i try deploy this app to hugingface or other . but not work

but after deploy and build using dockerFile https://bobwatcherx-doodplayer.hf.space/?d=https://doodstream.com/e/7ea0ce2nr4lp Not WORK

I use cpanel from infinitefree buat not work . Only work if run in localhost . Have you tried and deployed this project is it working
