Specific Rotation #15

I have tried many parameter of minRotation, maxRotation with and without rotateRatio but can not achieve words ratation as per attach sample from https://www.jasondavies.com/wordcloud/ online wordcloud generator. How this rotation can be achieved?

This wordcloud seems great! However, current JS api is not support this, I will try to write new API in the future.
