[SUGGESTION] Explosive Wand #73

Please describe.

A Basic Wand modified to cause explosions. Primary attack is a AOE Explosion(player is immune to Blast DMG), secondary is an smaller /nuke command, which the player can die from(will cost a lot of energy to perform). Include a recipe for Condensed Gunpowder and Cluster Charge, components used to make the wand.

Additional Notes

For 1 Condensed Gunpowder, you have a 2x3 grid of gunpowder. For the Cluster Charge, you have a 3x3 grid with TNT and Condensed Gunpowder. For the Wand, you have a Basic Wand, a blaze rod, and a Cluster Charge.
