Error from www.livejournal.com: 200 : Client error: Missing required argument(s) #164

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.post using username and password
2.post using username and password custom_name on and custom name
3.post using username and password custom_name off and no custom name

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
does not post - get this error:
Error from www.livejournal.com: 200 : Client error: Missing required argument(s)

What version of the plugin are you using? What version of WordPress?
plugin: 2.3.2 wordpress: 3.4.1

Please provide any additional information below.
have never been able to get this to work
what arguments are mandatory?

I had this problem just after installing the plugin.
You need to go to Settings - Livejournal and on the Livejournal Crossposter 
settings page enter the livejournal user name and password. Then the plugin 
will be able to log in into Livejournal and repost you stuff.

A hint to developers: when this error appears, you could add these a link to LJ 
plugin settings page so that new users would check it.
