Change the codebase to SvelteKit #11

I'm going to change the codebase to SvelteKit because I want to deploy the page to Cloudflare Pages which is more cost efficient than a full-time running PHP web server.

This shouldn't be a big deal because most of the functionality is already written in PHP and just needs to be rewritten in SvelteKit, there is also the official @spotify/web-api-ts-sdk package to support Spotify.
