The barrier is closed which could be something to do with the dialogue filter according to a conversation on the Nexus page.
Beraren Sadri doesn't spawn or does but vanishes as he taunts the player when you're near his spawn area, even walking out and trying to allow the mod that lets attackers follow you through cells does not make him follow you even waiting for a while, this also is brought up on the nexus page. I also tried spawning the standard version of him and the one the follow me mod references when exiting the cell which only causes him to taunt again and vanish.
There seem to be certain terrain issues where terrain is spawning where it shouldn't.
