New Ilunibi - Dagoth isn't spawning #6

I feel like it's possible to fix but will require a bigger deep dive than I think it will. Removing from the modlist for now to keep it playable.

Vanilla intentions, using the startup script etc it's fine. Will be staying in, testing by doing a quick msq run-through.

Working fine, learnt a lot about vanilla scripts though!
