I've done everything as the instructions siad. see pictures.

Mods folder: resources/panda : Melon version + proof mods are loaded but not functionning :

Hi sorry, DebugMode v1.0.7.2 removed support for VSMenuModHelper as it doesn't seem to be working, I can't tell if it is on my end but the configs can be found UserData/MelonPreferences.cfg and for MoveSpeedCap+ I've pushed and had a update merged in the issue MoveSpeedCap+ #3 so now we just got to wait on the developer of the mod to release a build of it.

Also the icon is not needed anymore, I have to update the ReadMe for DebugMode.
