Core changes, additions and refactor

• Creating issues should need less effort.
• Winget and Chocolatey aren't FORCED anymore, only if you install a package which needs it.
• Winget and Chocolatey will NOT create any Scheduled Task automatically
• The user can decide whether or not to use daily upgrade tasks
• The user can now Uninstall Chocolatey/Remove all packages.
• Remove Microsoft Edge now keeps some EdgeWebView files
• Refactored hardcoded snippets from Remove-ItemVerified
• Added DELL bloatware to uninstall
• Added Hyper-V and Windows Sandbox to Optional Features
• Removed Cortana possibility to Install System App
• Removed old Ubuntu 16.04 LTS distro from WSL (obsolete)
• Organized Removed Bloatware per Category
• Use Legacy Context Menu by default on Windows 11 (It is possible to revert this single tweak by GUI, take effect after rebooting)
• All Package Manager code were moved to /src/lib/package-managers
• Removed daily PSScriptAnalyzer scan on Github Actions, this was useless.
• Added Option to turn on/off Mouse Acceleration.
