New Features

Added option to control Online Speech Recognition
Updated how some registries were disabled (By removing or setting another value)
Goodbye Cortana, removes it aside disabling
Added 3 new Apps
- RoundedTB
- TranslucentTB
- Geekbench 5
Changes "Disable news and interest" behaviour to set on ALL users
Disable Windows search highlights when the search box is full (no more distractions)
Updated ShutUp10 cfg file with recommended settings

Refactor

Splited grouped tweaks on optimize-privacy.ps1, got a better knowledge on what each tweak is doing.
Renamed some variables to help it's purpose.
