Take out the monomer extensions to a separate directory "MonomerExtensions"
Take out Read/Write classes (inheriting from ReadToDestination, AbstractWrite) of Features to a separate directory "ReadWrite"

both new directories should be placed in LeMonADE/include/LeMonADE/feature/***
