Enable read-in of multiple files #24

The UpdaterReadBfmFile read a list of files

what is the aim of these files?
get an ensemble average?
split a large file in some smaller files and get a time average?
instead of passing a single string we should be able to pass a vector of strings to the updater

This is a functionality that can be provided by the main function using the updater. There are so many different intentions to read in multiple files that a general approach is hard to find. I don not consider this a an important issue for now and close this to focus on more important features.
