Updated plugin for pagination and removed unnecessary code

I have updated the plugin to v2, it works great and until 2018 will support the old config from the first version

I also removed the line from config.yml because I have not found where it is used in the project, all the data are taken from the settings.yml

Thanks! The unused line was a relic from when I was trying to implement disqus commenting and forgot to remove that line - the updated pagination is also appreciated!
