Open URL associated with a ER in a new tab #14

When a node is selected, open the associated URL (if there is any) in a new tab.

already done but just a quick explanation:

when the user selects a node, if there is an URL associated with the node, the system, will notify the user with a "confirm" box. if the user selects "ok" then they will be directed to a new tab with the URL link.

Add the existences of the URL and instructions on how to open it on the tool tip (e.g. to see more: select + Enter URL)
