Empty Dataset & Load your own Dataset Options #58

  1. An empty dataset option needs to be included for users to start a new learning path from scratch.

    • Tool should create a downloadable csv file with all the necessary information

  2. Change the existing "Custom Dataset" view to "Load your own Dataset"
