Index of the entries:

Composition:

The element should be a simple paragraph <p> inside the foot of the table <tfoot>

Features:

The index of entries should:

Show the entries in this format: Showing [current index] to [shown entries] of [total entries]
If querying: Showing [current index] to [shown entries] of [entries corresponding to query] (filtered from [total entries])
