Features to add TODO list

[x] Ability to switch from the front from the back camera on touch devices (track replacement)
[x] Picture-in-picture (PiP) for the remote peer video
[x] Scale the video when the remote peer shares their screen (WS event)
[x] Register WebRTC sessions just like OBS

Other TODOs

[x] Update the README.md to explain how to launch the PoC and how to interact with it, the tech used etc.
