Code is win32 only at the moment. We have several linux developers in the team, so it would be nice to have linux code.
Sizecoding is not a requirement, as kkrunchy-k7 is win32 only, and upx performs significantly worse.
Tasks:
1. Update CMakeLists.txt to automatically build the linux binary on linux.
2. Replace window creation, context creation, GL extension loading, sound playback and main loop / playback time determination with SDL(?) functions

We have linux code for eternal darkness (which is rather clumsy though; it uses X11 and asound): eternal darkness
