Increase font size for registration form

We had a few people registering who had difficulties reading the text on the screen and/or managing the fields on the form.

At the very least, we should increase the font size a couple steps, but let's also brainstorm other ways to make the form more usable, like:

• move the logo so the form registers to the top of the screen for less scrolling
• disclaimer text in a scrolling field to reduce the form scrolling off-screen
• try to reorient the form to run in landscape mode to allow larger keys in the onscreen keyboard. This may reduce the working space too much, but it would be a great option to have for certain people.
