Remove email from registration form

During registration it appears to be too hard for many people to get their email onto the form, so we recommended skipping that step. Also, one person asked about privacy, if there was a way to purge their email from the tablet's buffer.

There are other ways to help people subscribe to our events newsletter (mailman, etc) and removing the email field would free up some valuable screen space on the tablet.

While I tend to agree with this, the committee pushed back when I originally suggested culling this field. Thus we should cover this with the larger group.

Maybe there's a better approach. Since the field is optional, we move it to the end of the form rather than up top. That will de-emphasize it and simplify the form for our technology-challenged patrons, without removing the field.
