Tests shouldn't do integration testing with Responsys #24

In order to run the suite, one needs user & pass for responsys. And that's because suite applies integration testing and not unit testing.

This could be avoided if we had available jsons in order to mock responses from Responsys.

Is this desired?

Hey @atzorvas, we stopped using Responsys a few years, so are no longer maintaining this gem.
