Leafish launcher. #273

There should be the option to select profiles before launching to the login screen. This can be used to select different server lists, resource/texture pack groups, and eventually mod packs independent of one another.

Launcher::background needs to be per profile to allow for custom profile backgrounds as well as a image to be loaded to allow for modpack images.
