Bump to 1.1.3 #17160

Hey,

I built and bumped the version to do a release on NPM. Is this the normal way to do ?

Not really, that's only a tiny part of the process. I'd need to make a tag, then update package.json and run npm publish. I see there's a bunch of commits since the last release, so I'm gonna do this now. Thanks for prodding me!
