Added specification links to all features #181

This is the follow-up change for https://github.com/LeaVerou/css3test/issues/179.

It adds specification links to every feature listed within tests.js (as far as I could map them).

The patch is huge. So, I suggest to simply check it out and try it locally.

@SebastianZ I just added you as a collaborator. Sorry it wasn't done earlier, I thought you were added ages ago but it looks like I was wrong!

I did, actually, because the anchors differ a lot between the specs.

I provided a few patches before but nothing that was "collaborator-worthy". 😃 I guess this has changed with this patch. 😉 So, thank you a lot for adding me!
