'european waste catalogue and hazardous waste list' for waste flow type #393

'european waste catalogue and hazardous waste list' sholud be implemented on database. When the user tries to add a new flow and chooses as waste, this international list data has to be picked up by the user, but first tha data should be inserted into database in a proper manner. The source of the list will be added to the issue, inserted data sholud be in turkish and english at least

Dear all,

That is a very interesting issue and integrating the waste catalogue will be of added value. We actually discuss that more than a year ago and decided to leave the flow name open to user. We can add the catalogue. This is very powerfull. However, I suggest to keep the opportunity to the user to enter it's own flow name as well. The best would be to have two options:

  1. To refer to the waste catalogue to choose flow name
  2. To enter a flow name manually.

I agree @Guillaume completely, We suggest a scenario that, if the user picks up already included waste item it is ok, İf the user proposes a new item, user can propose an item and the correspondant user can receive the decision to put the proposed item on database, Or the user whom has the rights can enter a new item directly.... three options scenario seems feasible to us...
