Implement Growth Meter design

Fixes #11

Implement the Growth Meter design on the landing page.

GrowthMeter Component (src/components/Home/GrowthMeter.tsx)
- Import useState and Modal component.
- Add state variable isModalOpen to manage the visibility of the detailed window.
- Add handleButtonClick and handleCloseModal functions to toggle the modal visibility.
- Uncomment FloatButton component and add onClick event to open the detailed window.
- Add Modal component to display the detailed window with graphs and insights.
FloatButton Component (src/components/shared/FloatButton.tsx)
- Add onClick prop to the FloatButton component.
- Update the button element to call the onClick prop when clicked.

can you fix the build error ....and I think the issue is not completed yet ..you have to build the design inside the modal as shown in framer
