Samsung S4 mini, Android 4.2.2 and Ipad air 2 mini and Chrome Dev Tools Touch Emulation

Hi guys, is ver 0.3.x going to have touch support for mobile devices (as of 0.2.3 I can't draw shapes on a mobile device)? if so, when can we expect a stable release? Cheers.
