Create index.d.ts #106

Create an index.d.ts to help developers using Typescript.

There is a typedef at @types/leaflet-fullscreen but that is minimal. This version is complete and having it in the repo puts control back in the hands of the original devs.

I rolled up all of the PRs into this one repo - since there does not seem to be very much maintenance activity on this repo :

created index.d.ts
changed icon to svg and added to CSS (as per #102 and #103 )
added #100
