Enforce limit on polygon count of all models #736

We're looking for about 1000-3000 triangles per model. Set up a Decimate modifier in Blender, and only apply it on export.

The mature acacia is a particularly bad offender.

This has been done manually: to close this issue it should be automated in CI.
