Currently, known recipes for consumables (and known affixes for crafting) are known on a per-player basis. This is both fussy to track and frustrating when a player wants to combine party knowledge to make things.
What solution would you like?
Swap these things to be known as a party. If one person learns it, the whole party has access as if they know it. The Support downtime activity will need to be modified to remove the effect that lets you share recipes.
What alternative(s) have you considered?
None really. There might be others, but I think this is a good and easy way to improve this.
