Conduit: the first time each turn that you charge your weapon, refund your minor action.
Is it a problem if you can cast two spells per turn?
Soulbinder has very little space for other minor actions, making really cool stealth builds hard.
Refund your minor action if you use a minor action your dual used last turn?
Weaver's minor action power casting has the same issue :(
Soulbinder: move to no action cost, triggers at end of turn.
Maybe move essence cost onto the casting of the spell for Conduit?? And then spell stays charged in the weapon...
Also Touched power feature?
Accepted Conduit proposal: Once per turn without spending an action, you may spend 1 essence to charge your weapon.
Touched power feature: also gain the benefit of the Balance of Power minor action.
Accepted Soulbinder: Allied creatures (excluding yourself) have advantage on attacks of opportunity against your dual.
Accepted Weaver:
You gain access to the Twist minor action. When you use this, choose one:
- change the target of one of the patterns that you have cast or sustained
- replace one of the patterns you have cast or sustained with a new pattern with the same target
When you use the Twist minor action, you may spend 1 essence to cast an additional pattern of your choice on one of the targets of your Twist minor action. As always, you may choose the order in which your own effects apply if it is not clearly specified.
Done!
Conduit and Soulbinder's power scaling is off. Maybe Touched too. Each of their spells need to be 1 unit of power to scale up properly, but at minor plus one essence their budget is 1.5.
Needs an extra 0.5 actions worth of power at level 1. Leave spells alone. Ideally reduce action economy crunch to allow for Stealth builds etc.
