Objective

Fix #95 and #98 by adding link checking and css/html linting to the ci.

Add linting using github actions super linter to the /.github/workflows/ folder and remove the markdown only linter.
Add zola link checking in the ci.yml and change the config.toml to set external link errors to warnings not errors.
Fixed actually dead links.
Fix an issue with there not being global box spacing.
