Feature gate bevy dependencies #21

This crate can still be useful in non-Bevy contexts.

Add a feature flag to make sure that non-Bevy users don't have to pull in Bevy.

There isn't enough here to be useful to non-Bevy users. Closing out. If you want this, feel free to open an issue and argue your case though.
