The goal of this overhaul to study check ui easier to understand for the user.

  1. User performs Study Action
  2. Open Check Dialog appears
  3. Applies any bonuses/modifiers
  4. Study roll Dialog appears
  5. Targets any tokens to study, and adjust study check total
