First of all: Thank you very much for implementing that module! I was thinking about doing it myself (as I really missed that feature) as I was pointed to your module. :)

Module settings are stored as "module_name.property" normally. It would be awesome to have that properties grouped by module name in that import dialog. So you could "open and close" theses groups and more important: Have a checkmark on that group to exclude complete module settings from import instead of searching settings of a single module in an unsorted list.
