Gold rewards #4

Just a quick message to ask if this is still being worked onn or has been abandoned? Being able to set quest rewards before they head out and come back would be nice and remove some of my micro managing of players.

Hi @Mechrior... Check out issue #1 regarding the state of FQL. It likely will move into abandonment in time. I am continuing to massively evolve the quest log, but releasing a new module that I fully control hopefully before v9 of Foundry drops. There will be an easy upgrade. The nice thing is that the new quest log has a massive tech upgrade all around and next week I should release a major UI library (Svelte based) for all developers to utilize to make better modules / systems.

And indeed gold / currency / XP rewards w/ party split and such is one of the first major new features to be added in the 0.8.x release series of the quest log. There already is an enhancement issue on the new quest log repo: https://github.com/typhonjs-fvtt/typhonjs-quest-log/issues/135

To set expectations the initial release of the new quest log will have a few new user features, but mainly the goal is to get it out before v9 drops w/ the massive tech upgrade.

@Mechrior I'm definitely excited about the future as now working with state of the art tech, so it will enabled quite a bit! Feel free to drop into my Discord server too and get the latest updates. I've been keeping my head down this past month putting in a lot of grinding, so haven't streamed much. I'll likely do quite a bit more streaming in December when finishing off the new quest log proper.
