Update to popout to close original sheet in Foundry

• Update to close the original actor or journal sheet after popping it out of Foundry
• Updated windowFeatures to include a starting height and width for the popped out window

Incorporated these changes in the latest release. I made the window that pops retain the position and size of the original sheet, which I think makes it so much nicer. Thanks for the initial prototype Sky!
