Remove text from wiki about migrating to other VTT #132

There is still some text in the wiki which refers to moving the module to another unnamed VTT.

This pull request simply removes all of that text, since it is not relevant to the future development of this module for FVTT.

Funny. I thought this was removed already, but I think it might've just been from the readme.
