My players really enjoy seeing NPC actors on stage, but are often confused by the macro hotbar disappearing while the stage is up, or if the settings are changed to display the macro hotbar underneath the stage, they end up slightly frustrated by not being able to use the hotbar. This PR:
Adds a configuration setting, "Show UI Elements Above Stage," which allows for making some UI elements - the macro hotbar, the player list, and (depending on screen resolution) the left-hand layer controls - display above the Theatre stage and actor(s). These elements shown above the stage can be interacted with even when the stage is up. This setting is a drop-down options list and users can choose the following elements to display above the stage: nothing (default, this is standard Theatre behavior), only left elements (players list and layer controls), only the macro hotbar, or both left elements and the macro hotbar. This setting has little effect if the players list and macro hotbar are being hidden when stage is shown.
Updates and clarifies titles and hints for configuration settings to automatically hide bottom UI elements and to show bottom UI elements when stage is suppressed. This includes adding a hint for the latter setting which did not previously have a hint.
