Fix <br \> issue and convert all HTML Specials to Text #170

Replaces doing lookups per special character, only doing one replace for <br> and <br /> to preserve newlines. Also will strip out extra HTML to make the chat message much cleaner.

This is a test with newlines and inline rolls There are [[d20]] goblins.
