[BUG] @Tag[] integration not working #97

Module Version: v0.8.39

Describe the bug @Tag[] integration not working

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install and activate Tagger
  2. Add any Trigger journal with the @Tag[] functionality
  3. Alternatively, add global Triggers in the options
  4. Trigger fires on tokens without the specified tag

Expected behavior Triggers should only fire on tokens with specified tag

Foundry Version: 9.249

Game System: N/A - Homebrew
