Fixing enhanced-terrain-layer support #19

When trying out pf2edragruler along with enhanced-terrain-layer on Foundry 0.8.8 I got some errors and warnings which made it ignore difficult terrain. Hopefully I've fixed those in this commit without causing any other problems.
