[BUG] Grid tool misaligned with the map's grid

Module Version: v0.3.0

Describe the bug The grid tool to hide/show parts of the map is misaligned with the map's grid size/position

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set up a map with a hex-tile grid
2. Click on the simple fog tool
3. Choose the Grid tool on the list
4. See that the tiles "suggested" are misaligned and with a different size from the map's grid

Expected behavior The simple fog Grid tool to fit the tiles of the map's grid
