Dancing Lights not working without user permission to create tokens #14

If the user lacks adequate permission, the module is supposed to send a message to the module running on a logged-in GMs browser to do the work. This doesn't appear to be happening. For a vanilla user, the module on that user's browser is definitely trying and failing to do the job itself. I need to dig into why. It could be that the module isn't checking for all the permissions required.

This should now be fixed in version 1.4.4.
