Revision and completion of the French translation #38

One thing which has changed recently is that there was some confusion about what GM/Player Uses Inventory does, so I changed the natural language text to be "GM/Player Consumes Inventory", to stress that this option affects whether lighting and extinguishing a consumable light source reduces the available quantity, not whether equipment is completely ignored. (There is no option for the latter as yet.)

Could you tweak the French text to reflect that subtlety? Here's what the text now looks like in English:

"torch.gmUsesInventory.name": "GM Consumes Inventory",
"torch.gmUsesInventory.hint": "If set, when the GM toggles a torch, it will reduce the actor's inventory.",
