Multiple improvements to script, mainly random choice from all bots #1

Handle errors
Improve error messages
Query game for available bots
Pick 9 random, different bots
Remove obvious comments
Choose amount of bots per team
Choose difficulty (default to intermediate)
Choose spectator policy
Choose between practice tool and custom game (to play with friends)

Hello! am i right with the assumption that i need to use python to use this to modify the porolobby tool? i dont know how to use pyton at all sadly, is there a way for you to just release an exe that ican simply click, just like the original porolobby tool? appreciate any help:)!

Hi, I am working on a version that uses configuration file and command line arguments instead. For example, I don§t want the bots to be random

I completely rewrote the whole script to get rid of the lcu-driver. Your suggested features are implemented there. Thank you.
