Progress #1300 -- queueing movement while casting a spell #1513

Spell.cs :

added a variable "BufferedMovement" for use in moving after a spell finishes casting, and a function to set that variable.
made "ChannelSpell" get set and removed upon spell casting & finishing for champion that casts said spell.
made it so that spells will move the caster to their "queued position" after finishing the spell cast

HandleMove.cs :

moved the "CastCircle" code in HandleMove to block repetitive code usage for case OrderType.MoveTo
made case OrderType.MoveTo handle movement while a spell is being cast.
