Some things not in this PR:
Distinguishing between normal player and host (currently just compares names).
Proper place for the host settings (currently 2nd column).
Some clean way to specify columns for settings.
Kicking/Banning/Muting.
Proper notifications and modals (prompt password, notify on ban/kick/failed to join).
Proper server list interface.
